Retreat & Travel Booking Terms and Conditions
Cobblestones & Castles LLC is a luxury travel and retreat company offering curated group experiences, retreats, and boutique journeys designed for connection, exploration, and transformation. The terms 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to Cobblestones & Castles LLC (formerly Hybrid Harmony Travel), a Florida limited liability company. The term 'you' or 'traveler' refers to the traveler making a booking with us and all members of their group.
1. Contract
By booking with Cobblestones & Castles LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, which form a binding contract between you and Cobblestones & Castles. The group leader (if applicable) is responsible for sharing these terms with all members of their group. All participants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure, unless otherwise noted. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund. If booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The required deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of departure, no refunds will be issued. Travel insurance with cancel-for-any-reason coverage is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
4. Inclusions and Exclusions
Your retreat or journey includes accommodations, activities, and meals as outlined in your itinerary. Airfare, travel insurance, optional excursions, gratuities, alcohol, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.
5. Minimum Group Size
Each retreat requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If this minimum is not met, Cobblestones & Castles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. If a trip is canceled due to low enrollment, guests will receive a full refund of payments made.
6. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
By participating in a Cobblestones & Castles experience, you affirm that you are in good physical and emotional health and capable of participating in all activities. Our retreats are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Facilitators and hosts are not licensed therapists or medical professionals. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and agree to act respectfully toward others.
7. Photography & Media
By attending a retreat or journey, you grant Cobblestones & Castles the right to use photographs or video taken during the experience for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or media, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
8. Force Majeure
Cobblestones & Castles is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, weather disruptions, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer credit toward a future trip.
9. Liability & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, and property loss. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Cobblestones & Castles LLC, its owners, facilitators, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Brevard County, Florida.
11. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the traveler and Cobblestones & Castles LLC. By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
