All land arrangements are covered: accommodations as listed, daily breakfast, lunches and dinners as shown, private transportation, expert-guided touring, exclusive access experiences, admission fees to scheduled attractions, personal hosting and support, plus all taxes and service fees.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Airfare to your destination and home, any meals that occur during free time, additional tours or transportation during free time, travel insurance, and gratuities are not included.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Yes travel insurance is strongly recommended for coverage of trip interruption, medical needs, baggage protection, and any unexpected events. Insurance is not included in the tour price. Please request a quote from me.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT IN DESTINATION?

You will fly into the designated airport, and a private group transfer will take you to your accomodations. Check-in time will be provided, and you will have time to unpack, get comfortable, and enjoy your welcome dinner.

IS THIS TRIP SUITABLE FOR SOLO TRAVELERS?

Absolutely! This trip welcomes women traveling solo or with companions. You’ll enjoy shared experiences with a small group, and the hosting team ensures support and connection throughout.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW ANYONE?

Many of our clients arrive at our trips without knowing anyone. That is the beauty, you do not need to know anyone to go! You will have the opportunity to meet your travel companions before the trip during preparation calls.
