All land arrangements are covered: accommodations as listed, daily breakfast, lunches and dinners as shown, private transportation, expert-guided touring, exclusive access experiences, admission fees to scheduled attractions, personal hosting and support, plus all taxes and service fees.
Airfare to your destination and home, any meals that occur during free time, additional tours or transportation during free time, travel insurance, and gratuities are not included.
Yes, travel insurance is strongly recommended for coverage of trip interruption, medical needs, baggage protection, and any unexpected events. Insurance is not included in the tour price. Please request a quote from me.
Yes! Cobblestones and Castles will send you a form to complete to gather the information needed and provide a quote for you immediately after you register for your trip.
100%! In fact, that is how we got started hosting trips. So many women want to travel, but don't have anyone to go with them. We include space within the trip to wander on your own.
Most of our travelers don't know anyone when they join our trips. But, one thing is for sure, you'll go home with a bunch of new friends and travel partners!
Before we even depart, you will have had a couple of calls with the group and me to prepare. All of our trips include transportation from the airport to our first hotel and back to the airport at the end of the trip.
There will always be a representative from Cobblestones and Castles on your trip. Whether it's Sarah or Renee or someone else, there will always be a host that joins you and provides support during the trip.
